Based on the details you provide—guest count, event style, and site conditions, including electrical access, water availability, and placement needs—we prepare a customized quote. Once you approve it, we send over the service agreement and collect a deposit to secure your date.

If required, we visit your site ahead of time to confirm placement, verify utility access, and address any logistical details—ensuring a smooth setup on the big day.

We arrive on time to place your luxury suite exactly where you need it, ensuring it's perfectly leveled and securely connected to utilities. We handle all technical setup—including water supply and electrical checks—so the unit arrives spotless and fully stocked, ready for immediate use.

Following the successful completion of your event, we promptly handle the waste pump-out, then dismantle and remove the unit—leaving your site clean and untouched.
